Returns:

• 7 Day return policy
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days from the date of receipt. 
• Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on Lingerie. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
• Complete sets must be returned or the item will not be accepted.
• All returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee.
